Broadstone Hall

Student Accommodation Dublin

Broadstone Hall is a modern student residence in the northern part of central Dublin, putting you right in the middle of the excitement. Shops, museums, pubs, bars and restaurants are all nearby and the city’s colleges and universities are easily reachable (either on foot or by bus).

Trinity College, the National College of Art and Design, Dublin Institute of Technology, and the Royal College of Surgeons can all be reached within 30 minutes on foot, whilst Dublin City university is just a 20-minute bus journey away. If you’re studying at University College Dublin, a bus will get you there there in 40 minutes, or carshare to be there in 20 minutes.

Private en-suite rooms; shared living spaces

The apartments in Broadstone Hall are all shared, ranging from three to seven bedrooms in each one.

Whichever size apartment you choose to live in, you’ll have your own private bedroom, which will have a double bed, a glistening en-suite bathroom, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, and plenty of shelving for storage. It’s just the kitchen and living areas you’ll be sharing with other students.

We reckon it’s a good setup – plenty of opportunity for socialising with others, but you can just as easily chill out in your own space whenever you want or need to.

Helping you enjoy the best of Dublin

The Irish capital is an ideal place for students. It certainly has a rich and fascinating history, but it’s equally buzzing with modern activity and culture. There are plenty of museums and landmarks to explore during the day, and just as many pubs and bars where you can have a blast once the sun goes down. Our Dublin guide lists most of the must-visit places.

And if you do ever feel the need to escape the bustling city for a day or two, you won’t have to travel far.

Let us take care of everything

Our company aim is to help you enjoy the best possible student experience, and that starts with making things easy for you. Here’s a list of what you’ll get:

Testimonials

  • I like living at Broadstone because it’s a student-friendly space that I consider my home-away-from-home. The facilities are great, and there’s lots of student places to go outside of the apartment itself. This differs Broadstone from other residential spaces which confine you to the apartment. There’s always someone to call if you are in a bit of bother and the rooms are all very spacious.

  • Broadstone Hall is a great place to live because it has been designed to suit students' needs. There are great communal areas for when you want to socialise and the bedrooms are packed with storage space, something which most student halls forget about. The location is also really good because it's close to the city centre and has public transport links right outside its door

  • I really enjoy living here, I assume that Broadstone Hall is the perfect multicultural student environment where you can find your balance in the Irish capital. The building is well situated, more or less 15 minutes walking to the city centre. Broadstone is a high level accommodation full of comforts and cleverly structured, I believe the best that you can find in Dublin. The staff is really nice and cordial, always ready to meet our needs, they work truly hard for us in order to offer the best experience abroad ever. If you are planning to spend a period of time abroad and you want to find a good value for money in an international accommodation, this place definitely fits your bills.

  • Broadstone Hall is your place if you are looking for a great student atmosphere. You can meet people like you, either if you are Irish or Erasmus. It is a good way and opportunity to learn from different cultures and make new friends. Broadstone will improve your experience abroad! Really well located, close to most Colleges and to the city center. It has been recently refurbished so every lounge, room and kitchen follow a modern design. All the staff in Broadstone work together to solve any question or problem you might have both inside or outside the residence. I strongly recommend this accommodation, but hurry up! It's hard to find a good place like this in Dublin.

  • Living in Broadstone apartments definitely made the transition from Boston, Massachusetts to Dublin, Ireland a little bit easier.  It is in a perfect location, being within a 10 minute walk form grocery stores, O'Connell Street and the Jervis shopping centre, and only a 15 minute walk to the River Liffey where you can go on over into the Temple Bar and Grafton Street areas.  On the other hand, if you don't feel like making that walk, Broadstone is also conveniently located in front of a bus stop with buses that will take you to any of the places previously mentioned and more.  My favorite part of living in Broadstone, besides having my own bedroom and bathroom, has to be the rooftop deck.  It has been amazing sitting up there, day or night, listening to music and drinking tea while watching the mountain and city views (weather permitting of course!). To Donna and Louise, I just want to thank you so much for making my time here at Broadstone the best it could have possibly been! From organizing events for residents to meet their neighbors and making sure Broadstone is very organized and clean, your dedication to making sure the residents are comfortable and happy in this building is amazing!
